How long will my parcel take to arrive?
If you have ordered flowers your parcel may take up to 21 days as all flowers are made by hand. If you have ordered party supplies/sundries it should be with you within 10 days. Back to top
I have a tricky colour to match, how can I be sure you will get it right?
Please be asured we will do our best in all cases to get your shade exact. If you are still unsure you can email or post us your colour swatch and we will get and exact match for you. Back to top
I have already bought some items else where and I want my new items to match. Is this possible?

Are all your items silk flowers?
All our items shown on this webb site (unless specified) are indeed silk, fresh flowers are avalible for local weddings only ( essex and london areas)Back to top
I like the size and shape of one bouquet but the colour of another, can I combine them some how?

What if I dont like what you send me?
If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, colour, style or any other reason we are happy to refund you ( we dont refund the postage though)Back to top
